Ingredients

12 or more Made2Grill Fresh Bratwurst Links
4 or more cans of your favorite beer
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green bell pepper
1 lg. red bell pepper (may also use other colors for more color)
1 heaping tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. pepper (optional)

Directions

Cover brats with beer in large pot. Add butter, salt and pepper, then bring to boil. Add thick slices of peppers and
onions, cover and reduce to simmer moving around brats and vegetables to insure it cooks evenly. Simmer for
10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Place brats and vegetables on hot grill to brown brats and finish
onions and peppers to desired tenderness, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve on large long buns or steak rolls with onions and peppers and choice of condiments. -
