For me, when it comes to sausage, it’s like real estate and location... It's all about flavor, flavor, flavor! They’re 100% pork with just the right amount of fat and spices mixed into them. When they hit the right temperature on the grill they put on a seductive show. Slowly the fat inside starts to melt, and your sausage begins to “sweat”. At that point, these little piggies are telling you, "Yoohoo, come and get me." I’m of Czech heritage, and so are the makers of John Riggins' sausage. The Czechs are known for two things: beer and sausage. But, ultimately, like the old George Hamilton movie, “It was love at first bite."
